In 2016, my personal essays started going viral. I loved sharing my story and making new connections with readers, but…

Fast forward to when I became a mom in 2022 and my world was rocked. I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety.

So I asked for help. I started therapy, and I found my way back to journaling. Once again, I was reminded of the power of writing to process my needs and own my story.

I’m seeing my life change as I tap into the power of writing in a private and safe space.

Relationships, creativity, finances, motherhood, boundaries, career choices, spirituality, confidence… and so much more… are all transforming the more that I write.

Journaling is literally the secret to uncovering what it means to show up as your best self, to finding what it looks like to connect, belong, and thrive.
